Deliveries
At Audio Oasis all our UK deliveries attract a nominal charge of £2.00/ item. This does not effect the quality of shipment though as all our large packages are sent using a fully insured courier (Parcelforce or DHL) with next day or 48 hour service depending upon which part of the UK you live. All smaller items are shipped using the Royal Mail recorded or Special Delivery service.
How safe will my delivery be?
At Audio Oasis we totally understand that part of the process of ordering online is a good, reliable and carefull delivery service, with this in mind we make sure that all deliveries are shipped from our premises in the safest possible way by our team of fully trained packers. Part of this process is continual dialogue with our courier companies to make sure that the product we ship to you arrives in the condition it was shipped. For extra piece of mind we fully insure all shipments above £50.00 in cost.
What happens if on delivery I find there is a problem?
It dosn't happen often but if you receive an item which looks like it has been damaged in transit, please sign for the item as "unchecked" and contact us as soon as possible. If your item has a fault on delivery, please contact us and we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. If your item develops a fault at a later date, please contact us straight away.
