What happens if I cannot find the information I am looking for on your website?
Whilst we endeavour to have as much information regarding the products we cover on our website, including downloadable brochures, reviews, images and specification literature it is not always possible to include absolutely everything. In this case please call us today on 01722 322215.
Do your staff really know what they’re talking about, there are so many products around?
Our staff are all fully trained with over 35 years combined experience within the Hi-Fi industry. When dealing with us it is essential for us to source the right product for you and to achieve this we will ascertain from you the music you like to listen to, the size of your listening room, what the equipment is used for, the type of sound you like and of course your budget. With this knowledge we will then be able to make certain recommendations that will fulfil your requirements.
Can I listen before I buy?
It is absolutely essential to us that when auditioning a product you must listen to it in your own listening environment as all audio equipment is room and system dependant. With this in mind, we will wherever possible arrange home auditions, so that you can truly evaluate the equipment at your leisure. If this is not possible we are more than happy for you to audition the products in our own dedicated listening rooms.
What if I take it home and don’t like it?
It is of utmost importance to us that you will have a buying experience that matches the meaning of our name and to achieve this we will provide you with the very best in friendly, impartial and knowledgeable advice. We pride ourselves on our service which we feel is second to none so in the unlikely circumstances that you don't like the equipment you have bought we will do everything in our power to make sure that we find a solution that ‘works for you’. Of course none of this action will effect you statutory rights. |
